Vendor is Purple Sport's system for managing the stock control and order fulfilment that must support your online shopping cart. It stores and makes instantly accessible all the information you need to track and manage customers, customer orders, product stock levels, suppliers and re-orders to suppliers.
In the customer Orders screen, you can find an order by order ID, credit card transaction ID, date, or customer, and can instantly see the order quantity, value and fulfilment status. You can edit the order details, or add comments, on any individual order by simply highlighting the text (e.g. the customer address) and re-keying. The Products screen displays the full catalogue and, for each product, all the product variations, associated codes, prices, text descriptions and pictures, as well as stock levels on each product variation.
The Purchase Orders screen draws on the Orders and Products data to display a list of items that should be re-ordered now from each supplier. And the Customers screen allows you to amend or create new orders manually in response to customer contacts outside the shopping cart.
